Big, colourful, filling meals. Veg, salads, fibre. Food that actually fills you up.
👉 Prioritise lean protein
Chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt… this is what keeps you satisfied and stops the constant picking
👉 Balance your meals
So you’re not chasing snacks an hour later.
This is where so many women go wrong…
They eat tiny portions
Try to “be good”
End up starving…
Then blame themselves when it falls apart
It’s not you. It’s the approach.
