Big, colourful, filling meals. Veg, salads, fibre. Food that actually fills you up.

👉 Prioritise lean protein
Chicken, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt… this is what keeps you satisfied and stops the constant picking

👉 Balance your meals
So you’re not chasing snacks an hour later.

This is where so many women go wrong…

They eat tiny portions

Let that sink in for a second.

Because how many women are quietly thinking the same?
That it’s too late.
That this is just how it is now.
That the best they can do is “not let themselves go too much.”

But look at her now.💪😍

Stronger.💪
More confident.🥰

It’s not a treat

And that’s okay… because I’ve got my buffer zone 😍

This is what people often miss…

It’s not about one food
It’s about the bigger picture
There’s no guilt here

Feel-good tunes from across the decades with simple, easy dance moves. No pressure, no choreography stress — just move your body your way.

🥊 Chart Combat
Combat-style moves set to empowering chart tunes. Think punches, kicks, power moves — and yes… a light-up right hook to make you feel unstoppable.

🎸 Glow Rock
Rock chick vibes and classic rock anthems. Think drumsticks to the beat, big energy, and letting your inner rock star shine.

🌈 Glow Rave
Classic 90s rave tunes, glowsticks in hand. Re-released classics and absolute bangers that take you straight back to your growing-up era — pure nostalgia, pure joy.

We’re so excited to announce that Glow for Willow is back! 💃🕺

Hosted by NPH Fitness, this charity dance event supports the incredible work of Willowbrook Hospice, who care for patients and families during the most difficult times ❤️

In 2024, this event raised an amazing £8,000, and this year we’re hoping to make it even bigger ✨

💃 What is Glow for Willow?

It’s 2 hours of fun, feel-good dance fitness, suitable for all abilities — no experience needed!

You’ll enjoy a mix of:

Wanted to kick start the New Year with an amazing end to last year for this amazing client. ✨

"I honestly can’t believe the difference that’s been made in a year 😲💪

For a long time, it felt like nothing was changing… until I stepped up to use the full coaching tools available in my NPH membership 👀✨

Progression appointments, coaching and support that were included but I'd not taken advantage of
BUT
Joining the NPH Nutrition WhatsApp Focus Group was the turning point 📲🥗

Once nutrition was addressed properly — not through restriction, but through awareness — everything started to shift
