It is with regret that we are to fold our men’s team from the St Piran League with immediate effect.
A decision that has not been made lightly. After the management team stepping down and limited player commitment - we feel that we have been left with no choice.
A sad day for the club, but what a great last 12 years we have had. From the bottom league all the way to competing at senior football against some of the best clubs in Cornwall. We always strived for more and have no regrets due to our circumstances at our previous pitch and aspirations/motivations to play in the higher leagues, however, we know Praze should always be a top junior club which certainly deserves an infrastructure.
League titles, promotions, cup wins, heartbreaks and countless socials which is what the club is all about. Thanks to the players, managers and everyone behind the scenes for making it a fun journey.
We are sure the club will one day reform, and hopefully with an opportunity in the village that we tried for so many years to have - but for now we will enjoy the memories.
