|| FEELING STRONG IN PREGNANCY ||
Until I became pregnant myself even though I was trained in pre/postnatal fitness I really didn’t understand HOW IMPORTANT it is to keep moving and keep your body strong.
If you are pregnant or postpartum and struggling with getting back to fitness or nervous about moving I’ve got a workshop this Sunday that would be great for you.
Sunday 13th March at in Crouch End 12-1pm. We will be spending the first 20mins talking through everything you need to know about exercising in pregnancy and after abs then will get a 40min workout in with modifications for everyone.
