Stop chasing numbers when you’re cutting.

When you’re in a calorie deficit, your goal isn’t to lift your heaviest, it’s to keep as much strength and muscle as possible while losing body fat.

That means:
– Train hard, but train smart
– Focus on control, form, and intent
– Don’t let fatigue turn into sloppy reps
– Keep intensity high without chasing ego lifts

You’re not trying to peak… you’re trying to preserve.

The people who look the best after a cut aren’t the ones who lifted the heaviest, they’re the ones who trained with purpose.

Ramadan Fat Loss Tips 🌙

Fasting during Ramadan doesn’t mean you have to lose progress. In fact, it can be a powerful opportunity to reduce body fat when done correctly.

Here’s how to structure it:

☑️Focus on slow-digesting carbs at Suhoor (pre-dawn meal)
– Oats/porridge
– Brown rice
– Sweet potatoes
These help keep you fuller for longer and support steady energy levels.

☑️Prioritise high-protein meals
Choose lean protein sources like chicken breast to help preserve muscle while in a calorie deficit.

☑️Break your fast smart
Start with dates + water, add a light soup, then wait 10–15 minutes before your main meal. This helps control hunger and prevents overeating.

Fat loss during Ramadan comes down to maintaining a calorie deficit, while keeping protein high and food quality strong.

Be intentional. Be disciplined. Use this month to build both spiritual and physical strength.
