Online Client 📲💻

My client came to me with a personal fitness goal. He wanted to look back in years to come and know he had built a fit and healthy physique he could be proud of.

From our consultation, I knew as soon as I spoke to him he had the determination to make this happen and the results so far speak for themself!

In 9 weeks, we have worked on building a solid foundation for him to achieve this and it’s paying off! He holds himself accountable everyday and makes adjustments needed if his life schedule gets in the way.

This is just the beginning for him and I’m excited to see where we are a few months down the line 🚀📈 …

Really proud of the work done by so far 👏🏼.

Aisha wanted to build healthy, sustainable habits and long term results rather than a quick crash diet. We’ve stuck to the simple stuff, there hasn’t been any gruelling or trendy diet; she’s tracked her food, stuck to a reasonable calorie limit, snacked less and exercised more. Shes still been able to enjoy food, such as takeaways, meals out, Christmas and holiday.

She’s managed to stay on track and hold herself accountable through the Christmas period into the new year, work and study full time and deal with any issues or situations that have come her way 💪🏻.

Next goal is to hit the 75 KG mark, the journey continues 🚀📈 …
