Finally a log 1RM PB for the first time in probably 2-3 years 🤣

83.5kg PB baby 🔥

Very happy with how 80kg moved too as I don’t actually think I’ve done 80kg without triple ply sleeves so this is also a dual ply PB 👌🏼

I did of course try 85kg but was not there ❌

All time PBs on static lifts are far and few between so it has to be enjoyed 😎

Natural Englands Strongest U82kg Women 1ST PLACE🥇🤯

Took 3rd out of 107 on all weight classes too which I am mind blown by!

Massive thank you to all helpers, loaders, commentators, refs and organisers always a top job at comps 👌🏼

Amazing to see how the natural strongman scene has grown over the last few years and to stand on top of the podium was very special after years of putting the work in.

Well done to all other competitors and especially the ladies in my category and my fellow podium ladies and great battles all day I loved it!

Events:
Deadlift 175kg x 4 PB ✅ wanted a crack at 200kg on the day but just didn’t feel like it was there today so played it safe.

Axle 75kg x 2 rep PB✅ very tentative with my knee at the moment so again played it safe.

Husa 90kg x 93m distance PB✅ very very happy to have beat some class athletes on this guess my shorter legs can no longer be an excuse to me 🤪

Farmers 60/70/80/90kg per hand favourite event just got in an absolute flow with this and time felt like it slowed down at each end whilst loading.

Sandball 100kg x 3 Rep PB✅ very happy with this need to back myself more with loading as went into it thinking my body only had 1 to give but just switched on and went for it 👊🏻

Busy 🐝 lately.

Online coaching isn’t just writing some numbers and letting you crack on.

It’s watching your lifts, noticing patterns, adjusting your training when needed and working with you🤝

I am with you for the big wins but I’m even more with you for when it gets tough. The doubts, the injuries, the lows the feelings of “I can’t do that.”

(And then seeing you do that said thing and watch you realise how much more capable you are than you realised.)

I am invested in each and every one of my clients.

I want you to reach your goals and I want you to have fun doing it 💃🏻

I love coaching in person but I’m also really enjoying helping people online and finding ways to communicate effectively when they have a problem or obstacle that we need to work around or overcome.

From a failed attempt to a solid rep in 6 weeks 📈

Callum needed to work on applying more leg drive and a more efficient pressing line.

To address this we used pauses and lockout holds with the focus on explosive leg drive which as a beginner he wasn’t even thinking about.

Just 3 weeks of the pauses and then 2 weeks of heavy EMOMs and as Callum would say BOOM.

100kg overhead 😎

This is was Callum’s 2nd block of training and he’s going from strength to strength!

We have added in log rack positioning mobility and drills☑️

Plus learning how to “feel” the weightless rack position by spending time there ☑️

He just took his current PB for 3 paused reps.

He didn’t get stronger, his technique improved.

Brand new to strongman and learning super quick 👌🏼

OSG Worlds U73kg - 12th place 🎉🌍

Third year attempting to get into the top 10 in the world in the untested side and my best placing yet- only a point and a half off 10th!

Thank you to everyone that has shown me any support and encouraging words along the way it always means a lot to me and I appreciate it so much!

Congrats to all the other athletes in my category, it was a pleasure and you all smashed it!

Events:
Log 70kg for reps - 4 reps - 14th place
Timber Frame 206kg x 30m - 11th place
Deadlift ladder 185kg✅ 206kg✅ - 13th place
Sandbag Steeple 80kg 90kg ✅- 39 sec - 8th place

Happy with my performance even with a couple of mistakes. Favourite moment was ripping over 200kg off the floor with switch grip 😎

Lots of positives and big improvement on placing and points 👌🏼

Coaching isn’t magic- its structure, support and smart training.

Andy is an example of that with this comfortable 52kg MDB PB.

Monster DB was a movement Andy struggled with from the start of getting in to strongman style training.

Now after working on his positioning and tech, he’s nailing it.

Andy has PB’d on all foundational strongman lifts this year and has now signed up to his first strongman comp in January!
