💡 Switching Off for Now 🌑

It is important to recognise when you need a break, and that is why I will be switching off from social media for a short time.

During this time, I plan to take the pressure off myself to continue to deliver content, and give myself time to reflect, regroup and come back stronger.

Tennis programs will continue as normal and you can still contact me as normal 🎾
