🚨Client PBs from last week 🚨

The team are smashing their goals and we’ve not even finished January 🔥

- Andy with a 200kg deadlift PB
- Amy with an axle PB of 67.5kg
- Tony with a 236kg deadlift PB
- Laura with a 100kg deadlift PB
- Kennedy down 2kg in 3 weeks
- Lewis with a Yoke PB for 10m with a whopping 420kg
- Louise with her park run 5k PB of 38mins

Good luck to these 3 competing at Kaos this weekend in the novice category 🍀

It’s Tony and Andy’s first ever strongman comp and they’ve both smashed their comp prep over the last few months🔥

Matty has jumped on due to his comp being cancelled last minute but we know you’ll smash it👊🏻

Super proud of Callum’s first 6 week block gone from zero regular exercise to hitting minimum 2-3 sessions a week where he could.

It’s been the most consistent he’s ever been with showing up and cleaning up his diet.

In his first 6 weeks he’s ticked off:

- 90kg log PB
- 200kg Deadlfit PB
- Strict press, back squat and stone PBS!

What changed for Callum this time round? his mindset. We’ve had many a chat since he’s started with me and a lot of it has been finding solutions to the self-created barriers he kept putting in his own way.

This time instead of replacing each solution with a new problem, he leaned into the process, trusted the plan and has actually been able to move forward.

We’ve still got work to do but I’m super proud of the progress 💪🏻💪🏻

I’m not taking on new clients until the New Year, but if you want to start 2026 with real momentum, message me and I’ll save you a spot on the priority list🙌🏻

🎃 IS BACK FOR 2025🎃

Come down to have a halloween deadlift in a scary costume if you dare.

Lifters fight for the biggest male and female deadlift with a crowd full of ghosts and ghouls to cheer you on! 💀👻🎃

You are also welcome to come in fancy dress and watch the show without lifting. Those who would like to take part please message me directly to tell me what your opener is🎃

What you need to do is build a good base of balanced meals that are in line with your goals and build from there.

3 years later and we’re still going STRONG💪🏻

Absolutely loving running the gym, meeting all kinds of people and hopefully helping in any small or big way towards their goals 🔥🔥

I say this every year but it still stands - A HUGE THANK YOU to anyone who has walked through the doors and supported us in anyway. You are the reason we are able to stay open, to keep providing a space for people to work on themselves and support each other through tough times. Thanks again!

To celebrate the occasion we will be having an open day for members to mingle and for anyone to pop in to see what we are all about. There will be a BBQ, drink and a few gym challenges involved with some prizes!

Come down for a bit of a laugh and a nosey!
