Super proud of Callum’s first 6 week block gone from zero regular exercise to hitting minimum 2-3 sessions a week where he could.
It’s been the most consistent he’s ever been with showing up and cleaning up his diet.
In his first 6 weeks he’s ticked off:
- 90kg log PB
- 200kg Deadlfit PB
- Strict press, back squat and stone PBS!
What changed for Callum this time round? his mindset. We’ve had many a chat since he’s started with me and a lot of it has been finding solutions to the self-created barriers he kept putting in his own way.
This time instead of replacing each solution with a new problem, he leaned into the process, trusted the plan and has actually been able to move forward.
We’ve still got work to do but I’m super proud of the progress 💪🏻💪🏻
