After the incredible success of our Deep Winter Reset, Charlotte Dugdale Yoga and I are so excited to bring you our next seasonal workshop—The Spring Awakening Reset!

Join us for two hours of pure relaxation and renewal as we welcome the energy of spring. Charlotte will guide you through a deeply restorative yoga session, while I provide soothing Indian Head Massage. We’ll also be offering individual Reiki Healing to leave you feeling completely balanced and rejuvenated.

We’ll end with a closing circle and warm drinks, creating space for reflection and connection. If you missed our last event (which sold out in less than 24 hours!), this is your chance to experience something truly special.

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for all your kind messages and support. You may have noticed there aren’t any classes on the schedule at the moment. The truth is, I’m taking some time to prioritise caring for myself and get back into a routine after losing my dad in December.

That being said, I’m excited to share that I’ll be collaborating with Charlotte on a special workshop this Friday, and I might do another one coming toward the end of the month. I’ll keep you all posted!
