Hello people of Blackpool community!

Today I'm celebrating 8 years of my Personal Training business!

Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I’ve been totally committed to helping men and women aged 30+ in Blackpool lose weight, tone up, and get into the best shape of their lives year-round — without:

• Starving themselves silly

• Spending hours in the gym

It's so common that people struggle with low confidence and feel overwhelmed when it comes to health & fitness because they’ve spent years putting themselves last, losing motivation, or following plans that simply don’t work long term.

And I want to help.

To celebrate 8 years I wanted to do something EPIC and do a giveaway.

My Goal Aim Is To:

Help 10 busy men and women achieve sustainable fat loss so that they can go on to feel healthier, more confident in and out of their clothes & full of energy.

Show you how my clients spend less than 60-minutes in a gym, still get results, and still have time for other things.

Show you how to get into shape — even if you’re a busy parent, work full-time, or run your own business.

A plan that you can actually stick to!

Most people fail their diet because they go all in.

Trying to train every day, cut out all “bad” foods, hit 10k steps, meal prep perfectly, and completely change their lifestyle in one week.

The problem isn’t you.
The problem is the approach.

Your plan should fit around your life — not take it over.

That’s why I focus on:
✔️ simple habits
✔️ structure without restriction
✔️ meals you actually enjoy
✔️ realistic routines you can stay consistent with

You do not need to eat like a rabbit or be perfect to get results.

You just need a plan that feels realistic enough to stick to long term 👊

This past month didn’t look loud from the outside… but internally, everything shifted.

It started with something simple: choosing me again.
Slowing down. Healing. Sitting with myself long enough to remember who I am without the noise. That kind of self-love isn’t glamorous — it’s quiet, uncomfortable, and necessary.

Then I did something that used to scare me… I went out alone.
No distractions. No safety net. Just me, a table, and my thoughts.
And instead of feeling lonely, I felt powerful.
Because when you can enjoy your own company, everything changes.

I realised growth doesn’t always come from big moments…
Sometimes it comes from ordering food by yourself and staying present.

From there, I pushed further.
New environments. New people. New energy.
I stepped into rooms where people want more — more health, more happiness, more life.
And that kind of energy is contagious.

Then came the shift…
Training in a different space. Changing the routine. Challenging my comfort zone again.
Because growth doesn’t live where things feel easy — it lives where things feel unfamiliar.

Here’s what this month taught me:

You don’t need a complete life overhaul to change your direction.
You just need to start choosing yourself in small, consistent ways.

✨ Healing
✨ Showing up alone
✨ Trying something new
✨ Surrounding yourself with better energy

That’s how it begins.

Hey guys! I RARELY share these types of things, but I was chatting with some friends who asked about my Personal training service and what I do...

As I was reflecting over the past few years, I started realising how crazy some of the recent client wins have been and the impact this is having on their lives 👊
