We've officially wrapped up the first week of the Weights Into Wellness programme, with our first two sessions now complete! 💪✨

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined the sessions live so far. It's been fantastic to see you showing up, getting stronger, and taking positive steps towards your health and wellbeing goals. 🙌
Remember, consistency is more important than perfection. If life gets busy and you can't make a session live, don't worry! Every session is recorded and available for you to follow along whenever it suits you. Whether that's early morning, during your lunch break, or in the evening, you can still stay on track and keep building those healthy habits đź©·

Keep up the great work everyone – I'm looking forward to seeing your progress as we move through the programme together! And if you missed out on this programme this time around, don't worry... Due to HUGE interest I will be running this again in the near future.

Day-to-day life can be hard on the body whether that’s sitting for long periods, driving, lifting, gardening, or simply the natural strain that builds up over time. It often starts small, then gradually begins to affect how freely you move and how comfortable you feel.

Our Healthy Backs Pilates class in St Neots has been designed with exactly this in mind - supporting you to move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body again.

It’s a small, supportive class setting, with 4 spaces remaining, allowing plenty of individual attention, guidance, and adjustments throughout!

The sessions focus on gentle, controlled movement to help you:

I am absolutely delighted to announce that my brand-new Weights Into Wellness Programme is now completely FULLY BOOKED! 💪✨

The response has been incredible, and I'm so grateful to everyone who has signed up and taken the first step towards improving their strength, confidence, and overall wellbeing!

This programme was designed to help people discover the physical and mental benefits of resistance training in a supportive and welcoming environment, so seeing so much interest from the community has been amazing.

I've been thinking recently, it is time for me to start focusing on longevity, and building my strength now to help me in the future! And so, I thought I would create a programme to do just that.

Introducing Weights into Wellness - a 6-week online programme designed to help you build strength, confidence, and vitality at any age, with a real focus on long-term health, energy, and longevity.

This isn’t about “getting fit” for the short term. It’s about creating a stronger, more capable body that supports you in everyday life, now and for years to come. Resistance training is one of the most powerful tools we have for maintaining muscle, bone health, balance, and independence as we age. Small, consistent effort truly adds up to big change.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll be guided through beginner-friendly strength sessions via live Zoom classes, designed so you can follow along safely at your own pace. Every session is also recorded, so you can repeat it or catch up anytime. No pressure, no falling behind.
