🎉 Week One Complete! 🎉
We've officially wrapped up the first week of the Weights Into Wellness programme, with our first two sessions now complete! 💪✨
A huge thank you to everyone who has joined the sessions live so far. It's been fantastic to see you showing up, getting stronger, and taking positive steps towards your health and wellbeing goals. 🙌
Remember, consistency is more important than perfection. If life gets busy and you can't make a session live, don't worry! Every session is recorded and available for you to follow along whenever it suits you. Whether that's early morning, during your lunch break, or in the evening, you can still stay on track and keep building those healthy habits đź©·
Keep up the great work everyone – I'm looking forward to seeing your progress as we move through the programme together! And if you missed out on this programme this time around, don't worry... Due to HUGE interest I will be running this again in the near future.
