Tuesday 29th July - Special class - Japa Mala Meditation, Pranayama & gentle stretch - 7.15pm @ King Charles the Martyr, Mutton Lane, Potters Bar
During this special class, you will learn how to use the Mala beads with a mantra and basic yogic breathing. If you find it challenging to slow down, then this practice will help you. We use the ancient technique to focus your mind, slow down the brain waves, the breathing and the body.
Meditation has many benefits including emotional regulation, reduced stress, better sleep and potential improvements in physical health. All you need to do is follow the instructions and everything else will follow.
This class is for everyone whether you are experienced in Japa Mala and Pranayama or not. If you are trying this for the first time you will need a set of 108 Mala beads which are easy to order online.
