Today's milestone in ballroom: one step, three reminders, zero deadlifts 😂

Bradley finally stepped without powering through it like a lunge… and only three reminders not to flex! I call that growth! 🕺💪
Bodybuilder energy in the Paso: 20% bullfighter, 80% ‘don’t forget to breathe’😆Watching him retrain his muscle memory has been both hilarious and impressive.

I can’t believe it’s been 11 years without Nick.
When I watch this, it brings back his goofiness, his daft moves, the way he could light up a room with one silly joke. We never ‘just’ danced — we laughed, we played, we had so much fun.
Dancing with him was about joy & I miss him every single day.
He may be dancing amongst the stars now, I hope wherever he is, he’s still cracking jokes and making someone laugh the way he always did for me.
But he’ll always be my partner… and forever in my heart. 💫
