Who else is doing MEAT FREE JANUARY?! πŸ„πŸš«
I'm nearly two weeks in and am absolutely loving it. I've never consumed so much fish in all my life! Sometimes I slack when it comes to being more variant with my diet and stick to the same old chicken or turkey dishes week in week out (both because of time and money... fish is priceyπŸ™„).
Here's my lunch from yesterday, salmon fillet in seasoning with a rice bowl mixed with soya beans, spinach and chilli and spring onion 🐠🍚🌢 so good!

Okay, I'm back! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ I've been pretty much a ghost on this account for over a month for several reasons. Mainly because I was enjoying myself ALOT in December consuming all the food and all the drink πŸ₯“πŸ•πŸ₯‘πŸ₯‚πŸΈ and most of the pictures I was getting were more "nights out" related rather than gym related.
I thought I'd make a comeback with this as I was just scrolling down my personal Instagram last night and couldn't believe the picture I found from a holiday in 2014. WHO ON EARTH IS THAT SKINNY LITTLE GIRL 😱 really did put into perspective how much I've changed and grown (thank god for discovering weights and squats πŸ™πŸΌ)
Before, during and after photos really are the best way to reflect on your journey and to see how far you've come!

Trained upper body with this evening and I can already feel the burn πŸ”₯ Love having a training buddy because A) you can go heavier and push yourself as you have that spot there and B) you can learn and practice new moves that you wouldn't necessarily do by yourself! πŸ’ͺ🏼

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION πŸ™€Kyri has been working steady with me for just under a year now, training twice a week, doing group classes & making a massive change in his diet/lifestyle. His original weight was around 135kg back in November 2016 but the biggest change has been in the past 5 months!! (As you can see in the picturesπŸ‘ŠπŸΌ) Fitter, stronger, slimmer, leaner..
