🌊Thurs 9.30am West Strand, Portrush PAYG The class allows you to exercise and bring your baby with you in their prams. Push it Mama is a 45min- 1 hour outdoor fitness class
The class is a moderate full body exercise program using bo

dyweight and designed to help improve your pelvic floor, diastasis recti and overall fitness

Push It Mama is here to not only help you re-strengthen after having a baby, but it is also here to help create an amazing support network. I know first hand that being a new Mama can be a lonely place and how much better a class like this one can make you feel. Fresh air and exercise have so many benefits; stress relief, better sleep, boosts energy and has a huge positive effect on preventing postnatal depression. Class Guidelines
-You must be 6 weeks post partum and have had a postnatal check from you GP.
- If you have had a c-section you must be 12 weeks post partum and have had a sign off from your GP to exercise.
-Listen to your body. Should your experience any pain during exercise you must stop immediately and inform your instructor
- Wear appropriate footwear for outdoor exercise
-Dress appropriately for exercise using light breathable materials and layering
-Wear a supportive sports bra
-Ensure to hydrate and bring water
-Bring weather appropriate essentials for your baby: Rain cover, Sun cream, sun umbrella

📣 Now taking bookings for Push It Mama's prenatal and postnatal classes.

📍The Sandel Centre, Coleraine

So excited to now be offering two postnatal classes a week, beginning 19th May!!

Phase 1 and phase 2 now on offer

🧘‍♀️Tuesdays @ 9.30am will begin Phase 1. This is a starter class for any mamas who have recently given birth, or who are returning to exercise for the first time since birth. I would also recommend this class for anyone with pelvic floor issues or diastasis recti (tummy seperation).

🏃‍♀️Tuesdays @ 11am will begin Phase 2. This class is designed for all Mamas who have completed Phase 1, or who have completed a similar postnatal course. I will work with the groups needs to help strengthen each week through mainly circuit style classes.

🤰Also offering our prenatal classes, for all Mamas who are 12+ weeks pregnant, beginning Thursday 4th June @ 7.30pm

🤷‍♀️ Giving you a safe and welcoming environment to connect with other Mamas and focus on yourself.

🤍 We show up every day, even when we feel drained, but we keep going. We love without limits, we sacrifice for our children and family, and to them, we are everything!

Last night I returned to our book club for the first time in a year!! (I'll admit that I didn't even buy the book)

It was so lovely to be out of the house with the Mamas for a few hours and super proud of them for keeping book club going strong
