They’re built in our off-pole conditioning sessions every single week.
Strength first.

Then we make it look effortless.
In our studio we don’t just move around the pole (even though we love to do it beautifully too 😉).
We focus on foundations.
We build strength that transfers.
We coach properly.
Because our students don’t just want to strut —
they want to progress.

Hi. It’s me. The real head of security at the studio. 🐶
You might think I’m just here for cuddles and naps…but I actually see everything.
And do you know what I notice sometimes?
Some of you lovely humans trying something new… wobbling a little… looking at my mum (yes, the instructor)… and then saying:
“I’m fine!”
Are you though? 👀
Let me tell you something important from someone who watches all the classes…
Asking for help does not make you weak.
It does not make you annoying.
It does not mean you “should already know it.”
It means you care about learning properly.
I see people shy away from asking for spotting because they don’t want to look like they don’t know something. Or they don’t want to come across as not strong enough.
But here’s the truth…
Learning is the whole point. 🖤
Even my mum — yes, the one teaching you — always asks for a spot when she’s learning a new trick. She asks other instructors questions. She practises. She gets feedback.
Because that’s how you grow.
And you know what else?
Asking for help keeps you safe.
Spotting, technique corrections, extra explanation — all of that helps you avoid injuries and build strength the right way.
This studio isn’t about pretending you’ve got it all figured out.
It’s about progress.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about supporting each other.
And trust me… no instructor here has ever thought:
“Ugh, they’re bothering me.”
They’re thinking:
“I’m so glad you asked.”
So next time you’re unsure?
Ask.

Your creativity and eagerness to learn will never be restricted here 💥
