Kidz Bootcamp community well and truly worked their socks off Saturday morning!

We created a fun, energetic, hard working team session involving kettlebells, tyre drags, circuits and more!

Whilst our hearts and lungs were pumping hard - our enjoyment filled the air - well done team.

We kicked things off with a fun pizza tag last Saturday for the warm-up before jumping straight into some functional workouts!

With a range of weights and levels available, every child had the chance to challenge themselves and step outside their comfort zone - even giving the heavier weights a go! 💥

Amazing effort all round - so proud of everyone 👏

Strong teamwork and serious energy at Kidz Bootcamp last Saturday 💪🔥

Teams built towers using tyres whilst the rest of the crew kept moving around the circle with a mix of upper and lower body exercises - no standing still here!

To finish? We went all out with Big Bad Wolf jump squats 🐺⬇️⬆️ - huff, puff and POWER through those legs!

Amazing effort from everyone, as always.
