500 rows down since completing the Talisker Wh***ey Atlantic Row in 2022.

We started this due to Stu struggling with personal challenges and poor mental health in early 2024, but it became so much more than just rowing it was about consistency, friendship belief in the simple things. Stripping it back to life on the ocean and rebuilding yourself. Rowing is the vessel.

Thank you for everyone’s support over the past few years. We are getting it done. To all the people we see who are up early trying to better themselves. You are never alone.

Three years ago today we set off from La Gomera in our rowing boat to cross the Atlantic Ocean.

What we learn’t from our crossing……

We are all capable of much more than we think we are!

A positive mindset is everything! Exercise is key to this!

Appreciate the simple things in life, less is more!

Life is all about moments create as many as you can!

If you are privileged to have an experience like we did, share it with others, you might just inspire someone else!
