Although we won't be at the The University of Portsmouth Students' Union Freshers' Fayre this year, students are still welcome to join us over at Southsea Quidditch! 🌊

We train weekly in Portsmouth and have monthly longer training sessions with Wi******er Wampus Quidditch Club and others. We compete regionally and nationally across the UK. 🏆

Quidditch is open to all genders with a revolutionary gender rule which states that a maximum of 4 players of the same gender can play at one time 🏳️‍🌈

Quidditch is a great way to meet to new people and try a sport where everyone joins as a beginner. 🙌

Sadly, the University of Portsmouth Quidditch Club is going on hiatus this summer. After a fun 7 years at University of Portsmouth we have too many members graduating this year to put forward a full committee for 2021-22.

If you’re local and interested in playing quidditch, join us over at Southsea Quidditch - or if you’re a student and interested in rescuing the university club get in contact with us and The University of Portsmouth Students' Union to find out more!

Hi guys, we haven't posted in a while so here's an update 😁

The University of Portsmouth Quidditch Club is still training (when there isn't a pandemic on) in Bransbury Park, Portsmouth. Our sessions are now co-hosted with Southsea Quidditch who we have been competing with for the last season (very successfully I might add!).

Our partnership with Southsea Quidditch means that students and members of the wider community can join the team so don't be afraid to come along, our squad is vibrant and diverse!

If you want to try a new sport, meet new people and just have a lot of fun then get in touch with us and we'll let you know how!

Don't miss our taster session on December 4th! We can't promise weather like our September session (see below!) but the mud can be just as fun!

Find us in Bransbury Park between 2 and 4pm to get stuck in with some Quidditch. If you can't make it we also run sessions on Saturdays in the same location between 11am and 1pm.
