Squad goals on full display as we reach the start of the season! Good luck to all competing this weekend and well done to those who took on QE park run and the first Goodwood TT this season! Top running and riding by all, finished with coffee, cake and pub grub respectively! Look forward to seeing everyone again at our next outing!

After a busy period for the club with the TT and some other exciting activities the committee (and some special guests!) came together last night to debrief and start preparing for another action packed summer for the club!

Keep your eye out for action from multisport, tt’s, club swims and rides as well as a few socials too! We can’t wait to share the plans with you all!

What morning and what a turn out for leg 3 of our Parkrun Tour, this time at !

Our whole crew from the flying foursome in the top 20 right through to our steadier social runners we had a great time as we fought the wind, all in the name of a fun Saturday morning outing and Starbucks coffee to finish! 😂

We’ve been loving our tour of the south coast so far this season and are looking forward to heading over to Staunton Country Park for our next leg! 😁

What’s this, no rain?! 4 intrepid PTC runners made the most of this and headed down to Portsmouth on Saturday morning to visit and we had a blast!

Super friendly welcome and a very fun rolling course around the recreation ground which was less muddy than expected! Some strong running all round including top 5’s for Neil and Josh and successfully rounded off with coffee and cake! What’s not to like?! Next month we’ll be heading to , look forward to seeing everyone there!

PTC hits the boards!

After a winter of riding indoors on the turbo trainer we thought it was time we tried another form of indoor riding to keep us entertained! 9 intrepid members made the trip to calshot velodrome to ride the boards for the first time!

Staring from getting used to the fixed gear bikes we worked our way up to group riding and even team pursuit changes! The day was finished off with the inaugural PTC flying lap challenge with Neil taking the win in 12.29! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and we are looking forward to coming back again later in the year!

Starting the year strong as we start the PTC Parkrun Ladder, touring the parkruns up the a3 from south to north! Kicked things off with a big turnout on a fresh morning at ! Strong running all round, some close racing and even a few PB’s despite the icy conditions! We are already looking forward to next months outing to !

With the festive season in full swing we wrapped (😜) up the year for our club circuits sessions with a Christmas special, ably led by our festive elf .kim.king! Across a range of exercises and challenges we saw flying burpee broad jumps, speedy reindeer crawls and some slightly suspicious squatting as the competitive spirit was well and truely put on display! Congratulations to everyone who took part and we look forward to seeing you all getting stuck in again in the new year!
