So we know it's not the same on a little screen.... But there is still so much that we can do working alone (Kata work) or improvised with others online (movement, striking/blocking/weapons drills) as well as many elements from our syllabus.

We are still offering free online sessions to our adult members throughout lockdown until we get back on the mat.

4 "rounds" of cardio followed by plenty of ju-jitsu fundamentals, movement and striking work
