Great training working guard passing in our Friday night Advanced Gi session! 🥋

Some reliable indicators of a good session.

1: Calm, Directed Technique, no wild uncontrolled movement. 🦾

2: Focus, everyone is making the most of the training time, rather than idle chat or sitting around. 🔥

3: Cooperative Atmosphere, students are sharing feedback and communicating about the training together, not putting barriers up by viewing training partners as just competition. 🤝

4: Enjoyable Environment, students are able to relax and enjoy their training in a safe and enjoyable environment. 😃
