No two days are the same — from teaching beginners and running exciting NGB courses to supporting sessions on the water and helping keep our equipment in top condition.
You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering high-quality experiences across a range of water sports. Whether you’re coaching sailing, paddlesports, or safety boating, you’ll help create an exciting environment where customers can build confidence, learn new skills, and have a great time on the water.
