After a nice warm-up, he took us through comprehensive summary drills involving slips, shirt/writs-grab defences, distance management & pushes, punches &/or kicking combinations, defenses on the ground, & rounded it all off with a fitness test 💥

It was a great occasion to get into/ revise some of our fundamentals, get sweatin', & have a laugh or two as well 🤭😃 Bravo everyone ✨
