More variability = more instability.
When it comes to transforming your physique itâs best to keep the variables as stable as possible.
Often people chase variety every single workout or want to be having different foods in their diet every single day.
Yes that may be fun but if youâre serious about getting results then itâs maybe not your best option.
We like to keep things simple in our program.
We get very good at one training program rather than average at a lot of different ones.
We have a baseline structure to work from daily with food so we can nail it well rather than eat whatever as we go about our day.
We like to sleep at a similar time, wake at a similar time, train at a similar time, walk at a similar time.
Of course flexibility is allowed because it isnât always going to work out perfectly with life but we at least have a baseline to work from.
The more stability you can create in your days, the easier your plan will become to execute consistently.
It will become a lifestyle, something you do and follow daily without thinking!
When you constantly chop and change things it becomes hard to actually get enough time behind something.
Youâre constantly having to adapt to something new and as soon as you do get the hang of something, boom. Youâve switched it up again and youâre back to square one.
Keep the variables as simple and consistent as possible if you want a top result!
