Everyone wants a before and after transformation.

No one wants to put the work in required to achieve the before and after transformation.

You can be know everything about training.

Have all of the nutritional knowledge in the world.

Have one of the best coaches in the game who is known for transforming physiques.

But you will never get a result without you taking responsibility and putting in the work yourself.

No one can do the work for you.

Hard work and implementation is the basics behind a body transformation.

The basics you need to understand.

I hear “I’m eating healthy foods but still can’t seem to lose weight” way too much from people looking to cut down.

Or “I’m eating all of the right foods but my weight won’t move up” if you’re trying to gain.

If your not losing weight, you’re simple eating too much or moving too little.

If you’re not gaining weight, you’re either not eating enough or moving too much.

This graph shows here exactly why food choice isn’t everything when it comes to weight loss.

Your overall calorie intake is.

You can eat all of the healthy foods in the world and still gain weight believe it or not.

You could also eat junk food every day and still lose weight.

It’s all down to calorie consumption.

Of course I’m not saying just eat only junk food to lose weight as that’s never going to be the best strategy to stick to a calorie deficit, or the healthiest.

But when it comes to weight loss or weight gain. Calories are king!

This is why it’s so important to go through a phase at least once of tracking food intake to understand your portion sizes.

More variability = more instability.

When it comes to transforming your physique it’s best to keep the variables as stable as possible.

Often people chase variety every single workout or want to be having different foods in their diet every single day.

Yes that may be fun but if you’re serious about getting results then it’s maybe not your best option.

We like to keep things simple in our program.

We get very good at one training program rather than average at a lot of different ones.

We have a baseline structure to work from daily with food so we can nail it well rather than eat whatever as we go about our day.

We like to sleep at a similar time, wake at a similar time, train at a similar time, walk at a similar time.

Of course flexibility is allowed because it isn’t always going to work out perfectly with life but we at least have a baseline to work from.

The more stability you can create in your days, the easier your plan will become to execute consistently.

It will become a lifestyle, something you do and follow daily without thinking!

When you constantly chop and change things it becomes hard to actually get enough time behind something.

You’re constantly having to adapt to something new and as soon as you do get the hang of something, boom. You’ve switched it up again and you’re back to square one.

Keep the variables as simple and consistent as possible if you want a top result!

Create stability đŸ‘ŠđŸ»

Meet my hero of a client

Jay reached out for help because he felt himself slipping away.

His personal standards, energy, mood.

He felt himself becoming the person he said he always never wanted to be.

A “bog standard office worker.”

Someone living for the weekend with no purpose.

Living off deliveroo, spending more money on junk food than he paid for rent on his apartment in London every month.

It wasn’t the real him and he was fed up.

If you’re an ambitious man reading this, I’m sure you can relate to feeling like this at some point in life.

The good thing is you’re not stuck like this.

It’s not your identity.

You just may have never had anyone hold you to higher standards before.

Someone stretching your vision further than you’d stretch yourself.

A clear system to follow to get you a life changing result.

Having someone tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

Jay is a completely different person to the guy I had a call with a couple of months ago.

He’s almost unrecognisable and the experience has been “truly life changing”, so he says.

Not just in his muscle mass and body fat levels but his mentality and confidence.

He’s gained purpose again.

And a man with a strong enough purpose can be unstoppable.

Let’s please show Jay some love in the comments because he bloody well deserves it.

This is just the start brother!

Let’s take a look at ’s 1% theory.

If you get one percent better each day for one year, you'll end up thirty-seven times better by the time you’re done.

Continuous improvement is a dedication to making small changes and improvements every day.

With the expectation that those small improvements will add up to something significant.

The typical approach to self-improvement is to set a large goal.

Try to take big leaps in order to accomplish the goal in as little time as possible.

While this may sound good in theory, it often ends in burnout, frustration, and failure.

Instead, we should focus on continuous improvement by slowly and slightly adjusting our normal everyday habits and behaviors.

Getting 1% better is never going to make headlines.

Falling in love with boredom is not sexy.

You won’t notice a 1% improvement today.

But wait for a year.

Take the slower approach.

Build the foundations underneath.

Make sure you purchase James’ book Atomic Habits if you haven’t read it already!

It will truly change your life.
