🚨 Breakout Youth are hiring and they’re brilliant roles 🚨

Our friends at Breakout Youth are growing their team and are on the lookout for two amazing humans to help support LGBTQ+ young people across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight 💖

✨ Operations Manager
A hands on leadership role supporting LGBTQ+ youth workers, safeguarding, youth groups, events (hello Pride Prom 👀) and partnerships.
⏰ 28 hours per week
📄 One year fixed term, with hopes to become permanent

✨ Admin Officer
The organisational glue of the team. From enquiries and referrals to data and admin support, this role keeps everything running smoothly.
⏰ 18 hours per week
📄 Permanent role

The hard work, dedication, and passion of our Pride team have paid off in a HUGE way — we’ve been drawn against Millwall’s LGBTQ+ team in the GFSN Shield Semi Final!

This is more than just a match. It’s a tremendous achievement, a celebration of inclusivity, and proof of how far this squad has come together. Every training session, every challenge overcome, and every moment of unity has led us to this stage.

At pride we’re all about giving…

That’s why this Xmas we’re playing an in house charity game to raise funds and food for local foodbanks!

We get to play one of our favourite Solent teams “Hamble Vets” at Gosport Stadium on the 21st of December at 5pm!

We’re proud to share that we are officially working alongside Solent University to produce a documentary centred around Solent Sports Pride — highlighting inclusion, identity, and the power of community in sport.

This documentary will also follow the inspiring journey of one of our own players, as she navigates the challenges of playing in men’s football due to the FA ban, offering an honest and personal look into the realities faced by trans athletes in today’s game.

Some lovely football was played but the team never stopped believing they could get a result after going 2-0 down early in 2nd half!
