The clouds gathered and threatened rain today, but that was never going to deter the Waterlooville Warriors 🩵💪

After a standard warm up pattern and a game of Tunnel Chase, we moved straight into Gang Run for a grim 30 minute slog of grit, effort, and determination. 😅

The Bootcampers gave it everything from start to finish and earned every second of it.
We finished with a solid stretchoff to bring the heart rates down and start the recovery the right way. 😉

Be proud of yourselves today, Warriors. Outstanding effort. See you again on Wednesday.

Tonight the Waterlooville Warriors mustered with grit, determination, and the 500 Fury Run in their sights 🎯👀💪

After a standard warm up pattern and a couple of sharp rounds of Hunter Tag, the team assumed ranks and stepped into battle ⚔️

What followed was a brilliant display of strength, heart, teamwork, and plenty of witty banter along the way 😅

Every lane worked hard, every rep was earned, and the effort on show was outstanding from start to finish. Best of all, it was done with smiles on faces and proper warrior spirit throughout 💪🫡

Rest up, warriors, and be proud of what you achieved tonight. We meet again on Saturday.😅⚔️

Wednesday night pulse raiser 💪

Tonight was a nonstop Bodyweight beast. Some team relays to warm up and straight into a decreasing HIIT Ladder, with a little kicker….anyone stops we do the exercise again.
