Massive shoutout to this amazing young lady!
I’ve trained her now for a year and a half and she gives 110% effort every single week and never gives up, her progress has been amazing as she keeps reaching new PBs.
It’s been my absolute pleasure to train her and can’t wait to continue making even more progress 💪
Of course we have to have matching tops every session 😁
