DON'T REACT TO YOUR HEALTH...
We focus on improving our health as much as possible at Pike Performance. Most of our goals aren't about six packs and 1 rep maxes. They're about living longer and feeling better in our every day life.
This doesn't mean we don't train though. A great way to reduce changes of high BP, type 2 diabetes, stroke, anxiety, depression, is to lift weights, get our cardio sessions in, get stronger, grow muscle, get fitter, run faster, eat healthier, be more present and be part of a supportive and positive community.
We call this PROACTIVE HEALTH CARE.
