Congratulations to our head coach Malcolm Rogers and athlete Garry Price for winning two awards at the Havant Borough Sports Association’s annual awards tonight. Malcolm won Official of the Year and Garry, Senior Sportsman of the Year. Congratulations and very well deserved.

Many thanks to Advance SRM Therapies Ltd in Clanfield for donating six sets of resistance bands to our club. John delivered a great session to our athletes, coaches and volunteers this evening and we’re looking forward to incorporating the bands at our weekly sessions. Who doesn’t love a bit of singing when exercising!

Congratulations to club athlete Jack Lilley for winning Senior Disabled Sportsperson of the year award at last week's Havant Borough Sports Association awards. 🏆🥇

Jack is a dedicated athlete and gives 100% at every training session. Well done Jack!

It was a fun visit to Glenwood School today to spread the word about our lovely club at their Parent's Evening. Well done Aaron for being such a great ambassador.

A week ago today, some of our athletes took part in the Special Olympics Great Britain national indoor athletics competition at Lee Valley athletics centre. After a great day of competition and athletics, our team went home with 9 gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 19 bronze medals. Congratulations to all of our athletes who participated and thank you to all the volunteers who helped out on the day!

Throwback to the weekend. On Sunday, we had our summer picnic filled with lots of great activities, food, a raffle, and friends. Everyone had a great time lot of fun! Thank you to all that came!
