There will be another free kickboxing and fitness class in 2 weeks time at 9:30am. 15th.

Looking to do this every fortnight weather depending but this time it will be inside portchester castle grounds.
Just enter the castle walls and you will see us.
It’s free so everyone from the club and outside is welcome.
Please bring gloves and water.

This coming Saturday morning I will be running a free kickboxing/fitness class. 9:30am.
