We had the absolute pleasure of delivering a series of coaching sessions to Eagles Badminton Club up in Farnborough last month! 🏸☑️

Eagles are a competitive league playing club, as well as providing community social play.

We were bought in with the vision of upskilling players on tactical, technical, physical and mental elements of the game, resulting in more league match wins, personal player development and overall, club success! ✅

We delivered a series of progressive shot practises, routines & drill based training to embed common patterns and understanding of the game. Above all of this, the element of FUN being at the helm! 🏸

All of our junior clubs have now finished for the Summer holidays!🏸☀️🕶️

We’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the fantastic effort, engagement & passion displayed by every single player that attends our junior clubs!

It has been an exciting past 12 weeks worth of smashes, drop shots, routines and games!💪🏻⚫️🟡🔴

Again another smashing club night Monday just gone! 🟡⚫️✅

Thank you to all for joining us, with some fantastic games being played!🏸

Unfortunately we’ve just had an email stating that the college will not have any power in the hall next Monday, annoyingly meaning we will be out of action next week!

We will be back the Monday after as usual (27th)🏸
