Sneak peak at .lido this evening.

The water was cold but refreshing (17C) and the sauna was a great way to warn up afterwards.

Great to see a mix of social swimmers (us!) and serious swimmers doing laps. Plenty of smiles and laughter all round the site. It wasn't as empty as the pictures for long.

Thanks .lido and for a fab Friday evening. Home before 8 too, perfect!!

1. Hampshire County XC Champs
2. Walking to work for Kms
3. A trip to Spark
4. Finding the holy grail, jeans that fit!
5. Back to leading the online fitness classes
6. Finding snow at QECP and celebrating getting older!
7. Final Hampshire league XC of the season - mud and ice.

The first third of January has already got a highlight reel!

Muddy fun at the cross country today, repping

Apparently people pay £££ for this kind of mud mask / exfoliation for their legs and I got it for free by running through every boggy puddle...! 🏃🏻‍♀️
