Autumn Half Day Retreat🍂

So excited to be bringing my half day retreats back. These are a lovely chance to reset and unwind on a Saturday morning.

We will start the day with a 90minute vin-yin class, followed by a 2 course brunch. After brunch we will have a relaxed mindfulness activity.
