Great weekend for our Masters swimmers who travelled to Aberdeen for the Masters Long Course Championships. Dan W Gold 50m, 100m and 200m back. Richard R Gold 800m free, Silver 400m free and Bronze 1500m free. Rhodri Bronze in 200m free and 400iM. Gail Bronze 100m back 💪🏻🤩🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Congratulations to our ASS swimmer Tom who last year wanted to improve his swimming skills to be able to enter a Ironman challenge in Lanzarote. He has gone from swimming 1 x 25m length to completing the 2.4miles challenge in May of this year and credits his achievement to his PNSC coach Sam!
