We’re in full swing raising funds for Cancer Research UK as part of 24 hour Relay For Life, and our Fun Quiz Night is now less than TWO WEEKS away! 💜

Whether you’re a quiz expert or just fancy a fun evening out with friends, we’d love you to join us. It’s all about bringing our community together, sharing plenty of laughs, and raising vital funds for an amazing cause.

Tea and coffee will be provided, and you’re very welcome to bring your own snacks and other drinks, including alcohol.

It’s been a little quiet from me on social media, but we’ve had a lovely week—despite the heat! ☀️

Last Saturday we held our Summer Solstice workshop, and it was such a beautiful morning. The energy in the room was incredible, and it was wonderful to share the practice and craft with such a lovely group.

With the warmer weather continuing this week, we’ve adapted our classes to work with the season, bringing in more cooling, calming practices to help everyone feel balanced and refreshed the extra help of 🥒 to support our yoga nidra 👀It’s been a gentle reminder to listen to our bodies, slow down when needed, and embrace the energy of summer with kindness.

I hope you’ve all been finding ways to stay cool and enjoy these sunny days. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat soon. 💛

🌟 It’s Carers Week! 🌟

This week, we’re recognising and celebrating the incredible work of unpaid carers.

We’re also offering an extra session this week, and we’d love to welcome any unpaid carers who could benefit from some well-deserved time for themselves. 💙

The session is completely free, providing a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with others in a supportive environment.

If you have friends, family members, or colleagues who are unpaid carers, please do share this post and help spread the word.
