One of the things we’re most proud of at Conscious Choice Training isn’t the workouts.

It’s the people.

When people first join a gym, they’re usually looking to get fitter, stronger or healthier.

What they often don’t realise is how much the people around them matter too.

The encouragement when you’re having a tough day.
The familiar faces that make it easier to walk through the door.
The laughs before and after class.
The people who celebrate your wins as if they’re their own.

As Rosie says, there’s a real social side to training here and that's what we're really proud of!

And we genuinely believe that’s one of the reasons people stay consistent.

It’s correcting technique.
Helping members move safely.

Knowing when to push someone harder and when to pull them back.

It’s making sure movements are scaled properly so every member gets the right challenge for them.

It’s helping people build confidence under the bar, improve movement quality and progress over time.

Murph is one of the most iconic workouts in the fitness world.

It’s tough.
It tests your body.
It tests your mindset.
And it brings our community together like few workouts can.

The workout consists of:

• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 squats
• 1 mile run

If it sounds intimidating, don’t worry.

Every part of Murph can be scaled to suit your ability, fitness level and experience.

That means whether you’re a seasoned athlete or relatively new to training, you can still take part and be part of something special.

That’s what we love about our programming.

Every workout is designed to challenge you at the right level for you.

Murph takes place on Saturday 23rd May and is open to all members.
