🤝💚 MEET OUR NEW COACH, EMMA!
With four years of coaching experience, Emma brings a unique blend of expertise in strength training and Pilates to Levels Fitness Studio. Emma specialises in helping clients build real-world strength that transforms their lives both inside and outside the gym.
Emma's journey into fitness began with a foundation in ballet, which she studied at the Royal Academy of Dance. After university, she discovered strength training and found a new passion for movement that reignited her love of physical challenge. This transformation inspired her to pursue coaching, driven by a desire to help others experience that same sense of empowerment and possibility.
Her coaching philosophy is simple but powerful: there is a space in the gym for every body. Emma meets clients exactly where they are and guides them to discover they're stronger than they think. Whether you're lifting your first weight or training for a race or competition, she creates a safe, supportive environment where you can explore what your body is truly capable of.
What Emma loves most is witnessing those breakthrough moments: when a movement finally clicks, when a client lifts heavier than they thought possible, or when they realise their newfound strength is making everyday life easier and more enjoyable. Her goal isn't just about what happens in the gym; it's about building strength and confidence that enriches every aspect of your life.
Having competed in Spartan and Hyrox events herself, Emma understands the dedication it takes to push beyond your limits. She brings that same energy and encouragement to every session, helping you realise that the feeling of achieving something you once thought impossible is within your reach.
We think Emma is quite possibly the living embodiment of everything we're about at Levels and we couldn't be happier that she has joined the team.
