Lots of walking. Lots and lots!
Started at Portree, on to Uig. The ruined castle Dun Tulm. Old scottish crofts, Dinosaur foot prints?? And last of all, The Old Man of Storr.
Finally, in Portree for Haggis, neeps and tatties in the Isle Inn.
Meh, Inverness had better!

Walked the top half of the Royal Mile last night. Had haggis. Karen tried it.Too peppery for her. Strange having asked potatos and chips.(fries).
Today its on to the Holyrood palace.

Day 2 began at our B&B with breakfast. Eggs, bacon, brown toast and French press coffee!
Then we met up with our oldest son Eric and his family in St. Andrews for miniatue golf and then to St. Andrews castle, and cathedral. Finally, dinner at The New Inn. I had a curry and naan it was great.

Flew in a 757 from Chicago. Not impressed with the aircraft.
