We run wild foods, medicines and introduction to mountain navigation workshops.

I am a climbing, mountaineering & watersports instructor. I have been climbing and mountaineering and doing expeditions for over 20 years all over around the world. I also combine Life coaching with my work. I have recently written a book on Wild Edible Plants & Trees and learning about wild foods makes a great introduction to mountain navigation, mountaineering and climbing.
