Christmas is just 12 weeks away, with that in mind we all know we are going to eat and drink far too much and then join a gym in January, probably sign up to a year and quit by the end of the month.......Correct?

!2 weeks will fly by whether you train or not so why wait till after Christmas, getting fit beforehand will probably make you think a bit more about your food and drink choices over the holidays and come January you may wish to start the next phase of your fitness journey

Hi all,
Just a quick update:
We have stopped our offer of training two people for the price of one, we trailed it for 6 months and found that some clients were too easily distracted which often slowed the progress of their training partner.
The other big factor seemed to be that with some there was a lack of determination and as a consequence lessons would be cancelled at last minute.

To take a lesson from this, paying up front and booking the appropriate times and dates to suit the individual is key to success. I'm sure we'll all miss sessions at some point but not to go and have your nails done or your hair done.

If you want to see a change in your physique you have to start by making a change and actually sticking to it.

Generally our customers who train 2 - 3 times a week, cut back on the crap food and drink and move a little more than before are getting the results they signed up for.

Being consistent and remembering why you started will yield the results you're after, with that in mind we have a few spaces available for new and determined clients.
