Wessex Karate Academy Portland. Tonight our students all worked really hard tonight. We worked on kicking up and down on the move, punching up on the move and our basics blocking and open hand blocks.

If you are interested in learning Karate, why not come and give it a go. Every Thursday 5pm-6.30pm. Kids 8+ and adults of all ages. 🥋
