What a day to remember, a day when dreams became reality at the Theatre of Dreams.
Yesterday, the team completed a 528-mile round trip from Portland to Manchester for the opportunity of a lifetime: to play at the world-famous Old Trafford and follow in the footsteps of some of the greatest players in the game.
It was a truly special occasion and one that will live long in the memory of everyone involved.
As a team, we have always been committed to providing our players and their families with experiences that create lasting memories. Over the years, we have been fortunate enough to play at some iconic stadiums, including St Maryโs, Stamford Bridge (twice), Selhurst Park, the King Power Stadium, and now Old Trafford ๐๏ธ
These opportunities are only possible thanks to the incredible support of our parents, who continually embrace these ambitious weekends of travel so that their children and teammates can enjoy unforgettable experiences. We would also like to thank Eurocell for their donation, as well as Louise ๐๏ธ and Jodie ๐ง whose tireless fundraising efforts throughout the season helped make this weekend possible.
In a changing grassroots football landscape, where the focus can often seem to be solely on results, we remain committed to something bigger. Of course, there will always be wins, losses, draws, highs and lows throughout our football journey. However, when our time in grassroots football eventually comes to an end, it is these extraordinary experiences and lifelong memories that we will cherish, talk about, and reminisce about for many years to come.
Days like this remind us why we do it.
Extra special surprise for the team as Angry Ginge made an appearance pitch side to take in the action.
Precision Pass thanks for hosting yet again a brilliant tournament for our team to enjoy
