Our home waters have always inspired us.

Every dive around Portland is a reminder that the sea holds stories much older than any wreck.

The Ammonite is one of the Jurassic Coast's most iconic marine fossils; a symbol of the incredible underwater world that existed long before we started diving.

*** Opening Hours Update ***

On Monday 6th July we will be opening slightly later at 10:00am - 5:00pm to give our team a chance to stay up late and watch England v Mexico in the knock out stages of the 2026 World Cup. Hopefully a few celebrations will be in order!

With temperatures soaring, for today and tomorrow we are taking the sensible approach and going for a quick swim at Chesil beach around lunch time.

This will mean that between the hours of 1:00pm - 2:00pm our shop will be closed, apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We will be refreshed, recharged, and back for the afternoon.

Today we celebrate the 100th birthday of Sir David Attenborough.

For many of us, the fascination with the underwater world started long before our first dive. Watching the unseen world brought to life through his storytelling made us all ask the same question… what else is out there?

That curiosity is what gets us diving. It pushes us to explore further, learn more, and gain a deeper respect for the oceans we’re privileged to experience.
