Training times are back to normal this Sunday (7th) Ladies!

It is also the AGM, starting at 11am just before we start training. We will be discussion any important issues, electing club officials for the new year and handing out our Annual Club Awards for last season.

Found this poster at Southmead Hospital yesturday, the venue info was out of date so i went up and asked if i could update it because i was a Scorpion, so the shocked lady handed me a label so i could add it :D

Training this Sunday will be at Gordano, with the extended hours of 9am til 1pm due to the fact that there is no training for the U19s this week.
