April Theme: Shoulder & Upper Back Release
This month, we’re focusing on gentle shoulder mobility, thoracic release, and some much-needed stress relief.
Real talk: This snapshot is from one of my home recordings. As you can see, I’m quite a fan of using props! Whether it’s a yoga belt, a folded blanket, or anything that makes your practice more comfortable, use what you need.
If you’re joining me in person, all you need to bring is your mat!
