I have a passion for training, staying active and bettering myself as a person, I do my best to do this through a healthy (most of the time) but balanced lifestyle. I say most of the time because I’m human and love to indulge in Reeces, Dominos, Ben & Jerry’s, cookies and yellow belly snakes… and the occasional few to many G&T’s! As well as trying to better my self I take huge pride in helping ot
hers with all sorts, if that’s supporting and motivating friends and family, helping colleagues at work or moving a side to allow others to walk though the shop door before myself. My current focus point is towards making small changes in gyms and fitness centres to allow the industry to suit everyone. My aim is to help people achieve a balanced lifestyle that encompasses all dimensions of health & fitness. A bit more about me,
I currently work for an amazing company called Future Stars Coaching, which deliver PE & Extra-Curriculum Activities to over 50 Primary Schools a week, the compony is a fast growing company with an amazing Management Team which I am fortunate to be a part of. I aim to train 5-6 times a week either at my local Crossfit box, gym or in the makeshift gym in the back garden. I am starting my Level 3 Personal Training course in September 2017 which finishes in early Feb ’18. I am continuously looking at ways to improve my training, my lifestyle and diet and want to help others to do the same.
