🔥 GROUP SESSION 🔥
🔹With tough mudder right around the corner today’s session was all about endurance. Each round lasted roughly 10/12 minutes of continuous work.
🔹The guys would work through the required amount of calories or reps then complete the 3 exercises after for 10 reps then return back to the kit and work there way down to 10 cals/reps
🔹The 🔑 is to set a pace and maintain it through, finishing strong and digging deep when it starts getting hard and maintain perfect form throughout! 💪🏻🏋🏻♂️
