Why train on a Friday? So much of maintaining an exercise regime depends on your motivation and your occupation. Friday has always worked for me as I work away a lot in the week so it is the one evening I can guarantee to be back for. A good session is a great way to finish the week and it's not a school night, so if you are younger not so crucial to get an early night. Motivation, becoming a martial artist is so much better than being a "gym bunny", it isn't just about the exercise - it is the fact that you can develop yourself as a person while mastering the skills of a martial artist.
