💪🏼Your PT sessions will be with Becky, Tegen or Dylan and your programme overseen by head coach and managed through the HubFit app.
🚀Remote coaching also available if you travel but want consistency across your fitness.
⏰ as a team we currently have availability most days and early / evening and afternoons plus Sundays.

If you’re unsure you’ll use a weekly session, we all take on private clients with 1/2/3 / week options available. You can message any of us individually to discuss those options.
🙌🏼If 1:1 isn’t your thing, we now offer small group training in maximum of 6 or 8s to focus on lifting technique and strength work.
Becky runs two strong maids sessions per week and Dylan is running a men only Power Pards session. Tegen will offer a session for pre and post natal or parent and toddlers if there’s demand. This is an affordable way of getting some personal training at £12/session.
